Shea is the owner of Flawless Skin Lounge, a licensed medical aesthetician and permanent makeup artist. Starting her career at just 20 years old, she understands the meaning of perseverance and passion to achieve your dreams.  Building her own practice has always been her goal and after working with dermatologists and other med spas, it finally came to fruition when Flawless was born.  With a passion in building confidence, Shea strives to stay up to date with the most modern trends to give her clients the results they deserve.  When she isn’t at Flawless, she is spending time with her husband, three kids and fur babies.  She loves doing home DIY’s, traveling, and spending time at her ranch with her family.   

Samantha has a proven track record of strong leadership and service to others. She is a 5-year US Army veteran and has over 4 years of experience as the Practice Manager for one of the most well known Med Spas in Houston, TX. She is passionate about being a part of the Flawless team and ensuring all patients receive the best possible care.

Vivian Valdes, FNP-C, ENP is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years in the medical field. She has a strong ER/Trauma background and MedSpa Experience. She enjoys working with people outside of the ER field to enhance their looks. She has a strong desire to learn the most recent techniques and skills in the aesthetics industry. Vivian spends her free time with her husband and two children. She also is a board member for Bridgehaven Children’s Advocacy Center.

Donna Hoke retired as a surgical nurse of 26 years before joining Flawless Skin Lounge in 2021. She is passionate about patient care and is a great asset to our team. She will be performing IV therapy and assisting in other Aesthetic procedures. When she’s not with her Flawless family, she enjoys spending her extra time volunteering at local organizations, working for the Federal Government DMAT team as well as spending time with her husband, kids, 5 grandkids and fur babies. She loves Jesus and all things chocolate.

Samantha became a licensed Aesthetician in 2020. Her passion is helping her clients feel beautiful and confident while also helping them feel calm and relaxed. She was born & raised in Houston, Texas and went to Dobie High School where she and her high school sweetheart started their life journey together.

Aspen began her journey at Flawless after graduating high school. She grew up in Wyoming and decided to move to Texas the day after graduation. She is our lead patient care coordinator and permanent jewelry artist. Aspen enjoys making our patients feel welcomed, assisting with any scheduling needs, as well as handling anything front desk related.
