Shea Pugh

Licensed Medical Aesthetician/Owner

Shea is the proud owner of Flawless Aesthetics & Wellness, a licensed medical aesthetician, and a permanent makeup artist. She has over 20 years experience in medical aesthetics. Her ultimate goal was to establish her own practice that prioritizes personalized patient care. After gaining invaluable experience working alongside some of Houston’s top dermatologists, she achieved this dream with the launch of Flawless. Dedicated to enhancing her clients' confidence, Shea is committed to staying abreast of the latest trends in aesthetics to deliver exceptional results. When she’s not at Flawless, Shea enjoys spending time with her husband, their three kids, and their furry family members. She also loves tackling home DIY projects, traveling, and relaxing at her ranch with her loved ones.

Practice Manager

Samantha

Samantha has a proven track record of strong leadership and service to others. She is a 5-year US Army veteran and has over 4 years of experience as the Practice Manager for one of the most well known Med Spas in Houston, TX. She is passionate about being a part of the Flawless team and ensuring all patients receive the best possible care.

Nurse Practitioner and Injector

Vivian

Vivian, FNP-C, ENP is a Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years in the medical field. She has a strong ER/Trauma background and MedSpa Experience. She has a desire to learn the most recent techniques and skills in the aesthetics industry. Vivian spends her free time with her husband and two children. She also is a board member for Bridgehaven Children’s Advocacy Center.

Registered Nurse

Donna

Donna Hoke retired as a surgical nurse of 26 years before joining Flawless Skin Lounge in 2021. She helps manage our weight loss program, performs IV therapies and assists in other Aesthetic procedures. When she’s not with her Flawless family, she enjoys spending extra time volunteering, working for the Federal Government DMAT team and spending time with her kids, 5 grandkids and fur babies. She loves Jesus and all things chocolate.

Jaydee

Jessica Davila, better known as Jaydee, is a skilled cosmetic tattoo artist specializing in ombré brows. In addition to permanent makeup, Jaydee offers a range of brow services, including threading, tinting, and lamination. With over six years of experience in the industry, she is highly qualified and prepared to meet all your brow and PMU needs.

Leslie

Leslie, born and raised in Houston, Texas, is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Houston while actively contributing to the Med Spa as a Patient Care Coordinator. Her commitment to improving patient experiences is rooted in empathy and a strong dedication to compassionate care. Beyond her professional role, Leslie enjoys spending time with her Fiance and two fur babies.

Aspen began her journey at Flawless after graduating high school. She grew up in Wyoming and decided to move to Texas the day after graduation. She is our lead patient care coordinator and permanent jewelry artist. Aspen enjoys making our patients feel welcomed, assisting with any scheduling needs, as well as handling anything front desk related.

Haley

Haley grew up in Pearland, Texas and began working at Flawless shortly after she graduated with a BA in Communications from Texas A&M University. Before completing her education at Texas A&M, Haley attended the University of Siena in Italy where she spent a semester honing her communication skills and immersing herself in diverse religions, practices, and cultures. As our Marketing Director, Haley enjoys networking with other businesses in the area and creating content showcasing how amazing Flawless Aesthetics & Wellness truly is.
